Despite the balance between career and personal life offered by us, our associates are paid salaries competitive with international City law firms and may, in addition, receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate with their individual performance and the performance of the firm. We provide our associates with medical insurance coverage and we cover their costs of qualifying in Hong Kong, including exam fees and tuitition fees for exam preparation courses.
