We provide extensive legal research facilities for our lawyers and we expect our lawyers to take advantage of these resources to continually develop their expertise.

We operate as a single firm. We have no practice groups dividing the firm by legal discipline or otherwise and no profit centers. Clients are clients of the firm rather than clients of individual lawyers. We expect our lawyers to systematically share their knowledge, experience and insight across the firm, enabling us to bring to bear on each client matter the fullest possible range of institutional expertise. We have, and continue to develop, systems and processes to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience throughout the firm.
