Timothy Loh
Founder & Managing Principal

Mr. Loh founded the firm in 2005 and has served as its Managing Principal since that time. During his tenure, the firm has achieved global recognition by the International Financial Law Review 1000 as a leading Hong Kong banking law firm, the only non-international firm to achieve that recognition in Hong Kong.

Rated by the Asialaw Leading Lawyers Survey as one of the most highly recommended practitioners in Capital Markets & Corporate Finance and in Regulatory & Government matters, Mr. Loh's clients have included many of the world's most recognized financial institutions. He has over 10 years of contentious and non-contentious experience representing clients in financial services, financial products and financial market transactions.

Mr. Loh has written and spoken widely on the financial markets and financial services. He is a member of the Securities Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.

He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall School of Law and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1996 and England and Wales in 1995.

Gavin Cumming
Managing Associate

Mr. Cumming joined the firm in 2005 and currently acts as Head of Execution Services. In this role, he has primary responsibility for delivery of services to clients across the firm's practice areas.

Mr. Cumming completed his LL.B. at Nottingham Trent in 2001 and his Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2002.
