We advise and represent financial institutions in their general legal affairs as well as in relation to strategic and mission critical matters.
On the transactional side, our expertise covers the provision of equity or debt finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. On the advisory side, we regularly work with clients to develop business platforms and service offerings in Hong Kong or serve as external or principal outside general counsel, handling the full range of day-to-day legal matters (e.g. intra-group arrangements, company secretarial services, tax planning, employment and immigration matters, leases of office premises and general contracts with service providers).
