Work Environment and FAQs

The invaluable support which Business Services roles offer is essential to our firm model and ongoing success. We value collaboration and teamwork, which creates a collegial culture and environment for professionals from a diverse range of disciplines to work together. This is why we strive to provide our Business Services Professionals guidance, opportunities, exposure and a cooperative environment conducive to career advancement and personal growth.

Am I eligible to apply for a Business Services role?

The firm is on a constant lookout for talent who can support the firm in delivering excellent client service and the highest level of support to our lawyers. We welcome candidates who demonstrate strong track record of a particular business focus in professional or legal services firms.

When will applications be open and when will applications be reviewed?

In addition to specific job postings, we accept speculative applications on a rolling basis throughout the year.

What are the next steps after submitting the application? When will I know if I have secured a place with the firm?

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a one-on-one interview during which they would be asked to share their experiences, capabilities and interests while also learning about the firm. Successful candidates will be asked to attend a second interview during which they would be assessed for their technical skills by working through a mix of situational and behavioural questions as well as case studies. The firm aims to make offers within three weeks of the second interview.

What else should I enclose to accompany my application for submission?

Please attach your curriculum vitae, portfolio (if available), relevant academic transcript(s) and a cover letter.
