It is the home to businesses active in the Greater China Region and the regional or international headquarters of businesses from around the world seeking to do business in the emerging markets of South East and North Asia. It has active ecosystem of entrepreneurs and other businessmen doing business around the world together with the professionals who serve them.

We help clients navigate the corporate, tax and regulatory environment, offering not only an integrated approach to these legal disciplines but an approach that is sensitive to the commercial context in which our clients operate. Though our client base ranges from Fortune Global 500 companies to small and medium enterprises across the spectrum of activities, we have particular expertise advising businesses on finance related matters as well as finance related businesses in the establishment of operations in Hong Kong, the launch of financial products or services and the ongoing running of financial services operations.
