RESOLUTION LAWYER

Candidate will work as part of a generalist team with particular focus on disputes, including commercial disputes before the Hong Kong courts or arbitral tribunals, regulatory enforcement action, white collar crime and tax controversies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 yrs PQE

  • Prior experience with HKIAC arbitration is preferred

  • Excellent technical legal research, analysis and writing skills

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong court practice

  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese

  • Organised, reliable, independent and able to work under time pressure
