Candidate will work as part of a generalist team with particular focus on corporate and commercial law matters, including advising clients on financial regulations, capital raising, fund formation and marketing, corporate structuring and mergers & acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 yrs PQE

  • Prior experience in debt capital markets (DCM) is preferred

  • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese

  • Pragmatism and commercial astuteness with an eye for detail

  • Organised, reliable, independent and able to work under time pressure
